CONTEXT:

The companies dedicated to the service of water treatments, and thickeners, have encountered the difficulty of obtaining spare parts as important as the set of rings for their maintenance processes.

These plants were installed by foreign, mainly European, companies that brought components, such as ring sets, from Italy and China.

PROBLEM:

Spare parts for the different components are not located in the country, and foreign suppliers have long delivery times making the equipment maintenance process difficult.

SOLUTION:

To provide a solution, Prodin made a survey of the components, and designed and manufactured a set of rings with components that can be found in the market. Mainly brush. 

This has allowed these companies to do scheduled maintenance at any time without depending on the arrival of spare parts from abroad.
